I think so. It was a joy to watch. We must frighten the opposition - just how we used to feel years ago when we had to play a “top” team in a cup. We’re definitely one of the world’s top clubs. It feels weird writing that :)

I think you've gotta give the SD defenders a lot of credit for the way they defended the shots on goal. Bodies diving in everywhere and a wall of 'em in front of goal.
Saying that i think Mahrez could've done better with a couple of his chances.

The Shaktar defenders were everywhere and got plenty of blocks in and crowded the box but I still think Marhez and Jesus should at least have had 1 each

Watched the game again this morning and I just want to double down on a comment I made last night. You are a shower of lucky fuckers.

That display was immense. You have the ability to win the CL. The only question mark is do they have the mentality to believe they can? If they get that right then there is no reason why you won’t. I think this team needs to win it to put the seal on their ability into the record books.

I hope you do win it. But hope delivers fuck all. If they stand up to the plate and believe they can, you jammy bastards would be wise to start arranging time off at the date of the final.

Didnt see the match due to working matters. But seeing highlights and reading reports it must’ve been another performance that makes you pinch yourself without waking up. Happy we turned matters in our favour and topping the group. And we did it in some style.
Next to turn Etihad in to a real CL-fortress. And if we can do that we might actually end up in a CL- final.

Lyon drawing was a bonus. Hopefully we can beat Shakhtar at home in the next round whilst Lyon and Hoffenheim damage each other.

We put ourselves under a lot of pressure with that Lyon defeat but have climbed out of the hole we dug ourselves. Let's hope we don't fall back in
