Yeah, she's been through the mill, and she was a young, impressionable woman when she went out there. I think it's time to accept the fact she has grown up, realises her mistakes, and let her come home.

We've all made stupid decisions as teenagers at some point, but as we have grown older we recognise that and it doesn't define us for all time.

Yeah, we've all made mistakes like joining genocidal terrorist groups massacring civilians all over the Middle East, Europe and beyond. Just part of being a teen init?

Her comments about the bombing at the arena, at a time when she was aiming to come back to the UK no less, revealed a lot. True colours.

She's motivated by her own self interest and I wouldn't believe a word she comes out with, she's realised, or been told, that wasn't on brief and she had to get on brand. If you believe the things she's parroted and don't think the ideological roots of her worldview are still there, the ones that took her there in the first place, then you're naive in the extreme.

If IS succeeded in their territorial goals and hadn't lost the war, then we'd never had heard from her.

She wants to come back to the UK because it's cosier than where she is now. I don't believe the views and beliefs that took her there are gone, and there's no way of knowing if they have.

They literally burn their passport when they join, as shown in the propaganda videos. Made her bed, can lie in it.
 
Probably a valid argument that the time she has spent in prison camps in Syria can be taken off any sentence handed down.
