It makes me laugh when a pundit doesn't tip us to win the league, he's suddenly a clueless
no nothing bastard. It's all about opinions and Shearer believe it or not has his. It's not
exactly unreasonable to think Chelsea will win the league is it?.

Not being tipped isn't the issue. It's being dismissed so casually with seemingly little thought.

I don't have an issue with him saying he thinks Chelsea will win the league, it's the way he dismisses us,... no mention that we have arguably the strongest squad. As usual it's all about Chelski and United with him.

Not denying he was a great player though, nobody could surely argue with that, his record speaks for itself.

I understand he was found not guilty by a fair and impartial FA board. He was at the time England captain.

Shocking pundit anyway so I dont know why anybody cares. The obvious inference from his ramblings is that if Mourinho took over at Stoke, they would win the league.

I don't think there's anything sudden about it. The general opinion of pundits, on here, and amongst football fans in general is that pundits are paid to deliver their expert knowledge and yet their analysis rarely goes beyond the pisshead football 'expert' found in any pub who never goes to a live match.

If a pundit doesn't tip city for everything they automatically are a city-hating wanker.

I'd say over half the pundits I've heard have tipped us for the title. Probably a higher proportion of them believe we will win it than our fans.

Not that it will matter come next may.
