I thought you had to?
If not then of course you should.
There is the fitness test to get in, once you are in you can eat all the kebabs you want I suppose.

Don’t mind a 19 stone Policeman attending if he’s 6”6 and looks the part, unfortunately as the case these days it’s usually 4”6 and looks like a fish out of water in the uniform. Ridiculous situationYes of course they should do. As should firefighters. Stupid thing is that with pension changes in jobs like these the people doing them will also be working to an older age. Do you want a 62 year old firefighter and a 19 stone policeman attending your emergency situation?
They can’t do mate. This fella hadn’t just put a few pounds on over Christmas, it must have taken him years to get to such a rotund state.I thought you had to?

I think you’re right, but once you’re in and apply for certain specialist posts such as tactical support unit ( riot training) and other roles I think a certain level of fitness has to be reachedThere is the fitness test to get in, once you are in you can eat all the kebabs you want I suppose.

Get the fat bastard in the office then until he loses it.
Maybe that’s what’s happened. They might have took the car keys off him and told him to walk the beat. He shouldn’t have been allowed to get like that in his job though. I’d say he’s about 5’9 and at least 18 stone.that'll do it - have him sat on his lardy arse all day rather than walking about lol !!!
