I think he should be retained. He still has 2 pieces of silverware in 3 seasons.

I do blame him for not playing Balotelli enough early in the season when the club needed goals (I was OK the discipline, but he pushed it a bit too far IMO) and experimenting too much in the CL this year.

I absolutely love Mancini, I've experience the greatest footballing moments of my life with Mancini leading this club but with the way things are going just now I can definitely see him leaving.

I don't think he deserves to be sacked but I do think he should resign.

After giving us a title, he deserves one more year!!! We must show dignity and respect! We are CITY, We are not glory hunters !!!

I think you'll find that, as a team , we are glory hunters. Our owners want results and all

the glory that goes with that, they are ambitious, they have invested a lot of money and

they want a team that reflects that investment. Much as I love Mancini, I do think he has

lost the dressing room, and some times his tactics are very strange. I also think the club

have handled this very badly. For all that I voted no, but I must admit I keep changing my

mind

No but all parties should be clear that this kind of fiasco season can not happen again. We need to improve in all areas, expect tough games at Everton, Sunderland and the like, not sign players who are never going to play, not slag players off publicly, stick up for the club in the media, give certain players a rocket up the arse no matter how high profile they are should they need it and as fans, never take anything for granted nor see a visit to Wembley as a chore.

Our problems started before the season even started.

1st it started with RM trying to play 3 at the back when we didn't have the players who could play like that.

2nd what didn't help was that Brian Marwood didn't help RM to bring in the players that would strengthen the squad in the summer transfer window. So come August 30th & 31st we're looking around to bring players in just to fill the gaps.

3rd No player was brought into fill Nigel de Jong's boots, although Javi Garcia or Jack Rodwell may do that next season do that next season

4th When Mario Balotelli left in January there was no one brought in to replace him. So was this the board or was it RM'S fault who knows.

5th There is know doubt that RM is partly to blame for the way we were playing this year, by his constant changing of tactics from 1 game to the next didn't help the players at all.

So overall should he go. I would probably say not, however I would give him next season and if there isn't an improvement in the teams performances during the pre season games, and the 1st couple of games then yes he should go then. this would allow us plenty of time to find a new manager before the season is to far gone.
