Why do we only see certain posters on here when things are going wrong?

Why?

Mate I have been a Blue since I was 6. 33 years ago. I think I am entitled to ask the question.

I would have to say yes, sadly, if either tactics or application are in question on Wednesday.

It might require something radical just to inject a shot of renewed optimism to stay in the top four in our remaining games.

The players have badly let down Pellegrini at times, but too many games remain for us to have the luxury of coasting.

Vieira isn't the immediate long term solution but if he is asked to make a dramatic impact, it could well prove right time right place, even if he were to become the eventual No.2.

We know better than anyone how freakish events can turn towards the run-in.

We have benefitted in the past, but who can say it won't turn against us.

Yes, but I'm not sure of the timing

Possibly wait until after the WBA game as that looks very difficult to me. We will not be physically strong for that, and probably come off a morale sapping defeat.

It would be a short term appointment until the end of the season with a view to permanent appointment

Need a lift, and a big change to get top 4

Pellegrini should go anyway in the Summer for allowing this to happen, so change it now.

The players are good enough, they just need 64,000 Volts put through them.

Jesus yeah. Completely chose to ignore WBA are picking up a little and they have two half decent forwards up top.

Thanks. Whilst I agree with most of your points I simply disagree that wanting his head would be knee jerk.
Sorry which part of my points described "wanting his head" as knee jerk ? I think it is, but that's just my opinion, and it is nothing to do with the points I made as to why not PV now, which was your 'simple question'.

Maybe you should just reword your simple question, to "Do you want the managers head ?" You'd certainly have got more +ve responses that way.

Yes on all accounts and you are completely right on the players with regards Manuel who I like. He just has 'that look' about him at the moment.

Or even eventual No. 1 if he does a good job.

Why not? Where did Guardiola come from when he first became a manager. He's got the credentials to manage for the short term at any rate. And we'd get a short term lift from it, and that in itself is reason to do it

It's still possible to win the League as Chelsea are cracking too

It's so annoying to realise that the League was there for the taking if we hadn't thrown so many cheap points away recently. We could still put a wining run together but that would be more likely under PV

He could have started one on whether Soriano should be sacked for his dealings in the transfer market and that still would have been the case.

Vieira isn't ready to step into the situation we're in right now, that's a time for experienced heads, not novices.

Win, lose or draw I'd like to see effort. This is basically what this was all about. Saturday was the least amount of effort I can ever recall seeing from a City side unless you can name another.

Not sure of your comment on Soriano but I know the difference between a CEO and a DoF.

Viera isnt ready to step in? Say's who? Was Pep ready all them years back? Probably not.
