It says Sky Q is included in the deal but surely you have to pay to upgrade don't you?

I recently moved to a new deal and got an upgrade to Sky Q if I took out Multiroom.

You can pay to upgrade or stick with HD and just take the offer of £45 per month, there's no catch apart from you start a new 18 month contract but that works for me. A year and a half without ringing the fuckers!What if you haven't already got sky Q ?

Just sorted £45 if l want sky q it's £40 administration fee + £12 a month for the UHD set up

I got a reduction of £12 a month with my existing sport deal staying on its remaining 8 month contract. He even told me to bin the landline and broadband and shop around! Hope his boss doesn’t listen to that call!
