the daft thing is the media, who we know trawl through this site, are sat pissing themselves saying some of the thick fucks can't see what we are doing. I mean how fucking blind do you have to be ffs.

Unless BT are doing a series of Ads, from different teams perspectives?
So, BT with Owen using every chance to put City down, Hansen with his " when Gerrard lifts the trophy" comment, and the collective media going gaga for Liverpool last season, isn't a rough indicator that there was some kind of bias? Maybe not an agenda as such, but unbalanced reporting not fitting a team who has won the Prem twice in the last 3 years warrants.
You might say they're just going where the money is, compared to United, Liverpool, Arsenal, we are still seen as a relatively smaller club ( hence the sponsorship deals) so to maximise revenue, there is a lean towards the bigger clubs., historically, United, Arsenal, Liverpool, have that momentum behind them, City are still on the upward curve, with the Academy, and the ground expansion, they won't be able to ignore us much longer if we continue to win things!

Just to put things in perspective, although perspective is what many of you lack:

Everton fans convinced of agenda against their club:

United fans convinced of agenda against their club:

Arsenal fans convinced of agenda against their club:

Chelsea fans convinced of agenda against their club:

Spurs fans convinced of agenda against their club:

Southampton fans convinced of agenda against their club:
<a class="postlink" href="http://www.fansnetwork.co.uk/football/southampton/news/34912/are-saints-the-subject-of-a-campaign-of-disruption-in-the-media" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.fansnetwork.co.uk/football/s ... -the-media</a>

Now that's just starting with England's top eight. I could go right down the pyramid should I desire, and abroad. Most football fans are not capable of being remotely objective about their club because they only see things from their own perspective.

Game, set and match then?
More like, new balls please ;-)

An agenda exists without a doubt. A well known female journo City fan who certain people will know of who used to work for Five Live has told me this herself. Outside of the fans of London clubs the press has a lot of Manchester United and Liverpool supporters working for it and they will latch onto any chance they can to berate our club. I'd suspected this for a while but she confirmed it.
To do deny natural bias is naive even if there is an expectation of impartiality

When Mike Sumerbee had his so called meltdown after Swamp derby a few years back he was basically banging on about the anti City bias, he was immediately banned by Sky. If this had been an ex rag would he have been told not to come back.

Is this agenda or personal d'ya think?

Joe Hart was among the revellers in Las Vegas

At the Lions and Roses charity dinner on May 18, England’s head coach Roy Hodgson allowed his players to have a couple of drinks.
On one table, Gerrard and Lampard had half a glass of red wine poured for them and did not touch a drop. On another, far more boisterous table, Hart drank bottle after bottle of beer at a remarkable rate.
Sitting on the same table was Luke Shaw, a young man who cannot even drive yet, at his first official England function. At the time he was 18. What an example to set a kid,

For me, they're pissing themselves more at the ones who keep paying for their product and then biting and moaning every time they purposely just try and get people to bite and moan and keep paying.

Watch back the coverage from the final day and listen to what Greame Souness and Niall Quin say about our club after the match. They are completely positive.

I'm looking forward to the sky commentary team discussing the cost of United's starting 11 at every turn next season and making comparisons with the cost of the oppositions starting 11. Sky did this consistently to us last season and then usually followed it up on Sky Sports News.

Didsbury Dave pretty much has my reason for not believing in the agenda bang on.

Too many fans of too many clubs think they're the ones getting the rough deal. We can't all be getting a rough deal.

Just where is the rough deal that MANUre and the Dippers get? I haven't heard or read of any article which berates them, ridicules them, negates the work they do, or just dismisses them. On the contrary, there are positive articles at every turn. The DT today has Michael Bore telling us that Van Snaal will be a perfect fit for MANUre. I haven't read it so I can't elicit the wealth of justification he might or might not have put forward, but another nothing article with a very positive MANUre slant. Won't be long before we have a double page spread telling us how Uncle Malc has been the best thing since Our Matt!
