Stevan Jovetic (second from left) and Pablo Zabaleta (third from right) warm up in chilly Manchester

at least it's not "rain-sodden Manchester" although the temperature at "chilly" Carrington today was a balmy 12 degrees, slightly warmer than London

A story about Chelsea making a profit, which is fair enough

http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/chelsea-unveil-huge-profit-increase-4616538

but of course they have to have in the article how this contrasts with City who failed FFP.

No mention that City could also be OK this year when they release their accounts, no suggestion how lucky they have been to get ridiculous amounts for Luis and Mata to create this profit. Oh no, Chelsea the prefect football club model.

In 2011 Chelsea lost £67 million and then magically in 2012 (to make sure they would not fail FFP) they made a profit of £ 1.4 million, how convenient was that.

Will they be so lucky to get vast amounts for players from here on in to fund transfers ?

Maureens' face gets smugger by the minute.

Come on City wipe that smile off his arrogant face by beating Chelsea to the Title.

I had to blink when the article described chelski as " Runaway premiership title leaders"
had to check and a four point gap and 1 goal difference 14 weeks into the season.....yep, runaways they are.season over folks...
FFS!!

So; we're ''game of the day'' on Sky tonight. That bloody agenda again. Oh, hang on.....
I watched the game on a Ukranian stream with no sound. Meanwhile, I had Sky Sports News running in the background -and they were watching an entirely different game at the Etihad.
According to Jeff Stelling, Swansea took an early lead only for City to snatch an equaliser "just before half time"! Charlie Nicholas reckoned we were "disappointing" and "lacklustre" in our response to Swansea's goal (although, he did (with visible disappointment) admit it was "all City" as the first half came to a close).
It's not even subtle anymore. It's blatant misrepresentation of the facts - and there's no more damning condemnation of a news channel than that.

Only one thing to say about the media at the moment .......... f*ck 'em , lets circle the wagons , its gonna be a long season , dipperpool and brenda were the media darlings last year , chelski and maureen have taken over , we have a duty to shove it up 'em. CTID

They are waiting for us to finally exit the Chumps league and then a shit storm will be released.
After last season when they got caught with their trousers down by incorrectly predicting our downfall before the end of the season , this time they're making sure.

Absolutely sick of this bullsh*t now. When you tell a lie so many times, it becomes truth. Our Premier League tickets sold % is among the very best yet you see this printed at a heavily visited website, totally in the face of facts, because of a few cup games. "the ones that did turn up" make it sound like it wasn't a COMPLETE SELL OUT with us SELLING HALF OF SWANSEA'S ALLOCATION!
