Where does "about 80%" come from?

When I first revealed Tevez I said that it was about 80% there, and then later said it was 100% done.

My source at first just said that he was a prime target,since then the deal has moved on, and looks like its going to get done (80%), when it is sealed is when I would post 100%.

I hope that explains it.

I guess it is a measure of our progress that I'll be gutted if we don't close this one.
