Ok, get John Boy on that team Pep or else!! Come on City, come on City.

They’ve just taken some (more) of my blood because of the potassium levels. She says if these are all right I can go home……….what was EB’s reply? Not until after 5.00 City are playing!! *rofl*
hope it dosnt go to extra time then

Dream scenario today:
4-0 up at halftime, opportunity to give Delap & McAtee some 30 mins and they both score in a 6-0 win.

My pessimistic fear for today:
0-0 draw at full time, losing on penalties since Mahrez is only allowed to take one. Wouldnt surprise me if Cancelo & Silva gets injuried for the rest of the season.

Not looking forward to this at all, we seem to struggle against Southampton every time despite them being a very average team. I just hope for a win and no injuries.

Fucking hell.

We have to go strong, no trophies would be a travesty, but it is up to the team to raise their game and get back to scoring goals. Nothing much wrong defensively since the Spurs game, but we have to take those chances.

2-0 Saints. Now before you get all pissy, I predicted we would "destroy" Palace.

Will be a different sort of game than the previous ones this season because they won't be able to sit in and defend and hang on for a "well-earned point". The longer it goes on at 0-0, the more tired they'll get, the more they'll be worried about caving in extra time. They're going to have to step up and come at us a bit more and try to get more than 25-30% possession, which should hopefully leave a few gaps for us to exploit. Just hope the team's good and that Pep picks the players who are the right mix of clinical and unpredictable. Would like to see Raheem at #9 today, or De Bruyne up front with Foden/Gundogan and Bernardo in midfield, Mahrez right and Grealish left/inside left.

This will be a tight game , Saints might have lost three on the bounce but as usual they will rasie their game for their cup final wouldnt be surprised if it went to penalties.
Not sure what Pep will do with the forthcoming international break there isnt a requirement to rest players but i suspect a few fringe players will get the nod

STEFFEN
WALKER , STONES , AKE , ZINCHENKO
KDB , DINHO , GUNDOGAN
STERLING , JESUS , GREALISH

Just to let the BBC know that is a £430m team , so they can continually mention it in the build up , the Dippers team starting against Forest will be around the same value, which will go unnoticed because the Dippers players were all life long family season ticket holders and play for free and for the love of the club.
The only dipper player fee mentioned will be that of the snide thug jock hunchback left back, which will then be followed up with a lengthy praising speech by the commentator about how they "always find cheap rough diamonds which are then polished by Klopp and what a wonderful manager he is"
