I know the game is on BBC, but it’s the wife’s birthday. We’re out in town for the afternoon, she hates football and wouldn’t know which team was which. So I’m looking for a bar in town that will be showing the game but she won’t really know we’re there specifically for the game.

Any suggestions? Cheers.

I have the same problem with my football hating wife.
I would however suggest that spending her birthday in a bar with you pretending not to watch the football is likely to backfire.
I would suggest faking illness and staying at home instead is more likely to cause less damage;-)

Agreed, this false 9 must be hitting Phil's confidence, he's just not suited to it at all. We've just too many left sided players now and Pep has to try and shoehorn Phil and Grealish in to the same team. For me it's Phil on the left Grealish central, then there's Sterling to think about as well. Doh!
As evidenced against Palace, Grealish is getting far too many touches and Phil is getting far too few. Not sure why Pep has decided Foden is a false 9 or even a wide left player. I'd play him more centrally. Then rotate two of Grealish, Sterling and Mahrez in the wide positions. I'd rather have Phil in a central AM role over KDB or Bernardo.

What??? So 4 v 1 against scum was dire? Away win at Everton was dire? Clean sheet in a dead rubber meaningless game against sporting was dire? Get a grip!!!
It's not great when the 2 games you name were against the scum, who are perhaps the worst defending in the league (very enjoyable though that game was) and Everton, which we would have drawn apart from the shocking refereeing. Sporting away was an outlier because we took chances that would be missed 9 times out of 10. And Norwich? Well that proves nothing.

I am not really looking at the score lines either, it's how we've been playing. We keep the ball better than any other team (although have been atypically sloppy in that department) but it's all been a bit too slow and a bit pointless with little goal-threat and few chances actually converted. It's been sub-par for weeks now and anyone who is not a happy clapper can see it.

Anyone received Adult and Junior tickets for this match - and able to tell which is which?

I have ordered and received 7 - 4 adult and 3 juniors - but they all look identical apart from the seat number

We cannot all travel together on Sunday so I want to dish them out - but I have no idea which are the junior ones

Anyone got a same problem/or knows how to tell them apart?
It will not matter, no one checks

I am 51 and have always bought the cheaper kids tickets or an OAP one if available

Never stopped once from getting in

I think he meant we were a little below par. Also we've had a mixture luck lately. The handball went for us with Everton and the goalpost went against us at Palace. On recent form I certainly can't see us beating Saints 5-0 at their place. They have an excellent manager and some good players and they have nothing else to go for this season. I do I think it'll be a narrow win for City.

For me Phil needs to play as an attacking mid in the middle. He's got a ridiculous first touch, balance and acceleration to glide past opponents and has vision and passing ability 2nd only to KDB, and a close 2nd at that. He's wasted as a false 9 IMO.

Sterling - Grealish - Bernie/Mahrez

Phil - KDB

Rodri/Gundo

Cancelo - Dias - Stones - Walker

(When all fit of course)
Playing without a keeper. Got 11 here already.
