Spurs Game (Spoilers)

I obviously missed the trophy that Manchester City won for that game, oh I forgot it's 33 years and counting since your last one !!!

Laugh all you want but we have the financial muscle to outbid any club in the world. Ultimately it doesn't matter if Hughes fails. The top managers will see this club as the best job in the world. Unlimited funds and a patient board. We will be amongst the best in Europe sooner rather than later.
From this moment on your club will always be in our wake. Any player that signs for you will be a player we don't want.
You can laugh now, but the fact that you're on here now, giving it large, like some cockney fucking muppet means you're frightened. You know what will happen and you know it's inevitable.

You are wrong as it happens, from next season onwards all premiership clubs can only have 25 players in their first team squad, and the new rules regarding clubs having to live within the financial restraints of their annual turnover etc will be announced in the near future, that is to stop the likes of Chelsea and Manchester City from bypassing clubs such as Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal etc all of whom are truly great clubs that have earned the right to be where they are in football, through sheer hard work and success over many decades.

Most of the rags success has come since 1993 and it has been down to money so please don't insult us, I will give you Liverpool though.

There is a new world order and you will just have to accept Spurs are not going to be part of it.

Yes I agree 100% because arsenal, united and Liverpool haven’t spent a single penny they've souly relied on their academies.

Also when it comes to spending you boys have been the worse by far, spent shitloads on average players and its never drawn attention because of your love affair with the media

Now jog on

Essex Yid you have been exposed as Stan Collymore's love child, I'd just leave it mate and go on Fulham's forum you might be able to win a few battles on there.

There are some proper fools on here, of course all those clubs and Spurs have spent money but those clubs are run as a business, they are not having hundreds of millions pumped into them by a "sugar daddy" are they ffs, can you not spot the difference.

Spurs for instance generate their own money as A FOOTBALL CLUB, every penny spent by Tottenham comes from our annual turnover, Spurs spent £119.3m on players last season but still made a profit of £33.4m, Chelsea on the other hand are "bankrolled" by Abramovich and make a loss of £80m per year, you cant compare the Two.

Spurs have spent shit loads on "average players" have they, still good enough to beat Manchester City 10 times out of the last 11 meetings, and good enough to beat Chelsea in a Cup Final.

What have Manchester City done since 1976 then apart from being a Yo Yo club, and achieving absolutely nothing, apart from moving into a "council owned" stadium.

Manchester City went down to division 2 and should have been left for dead but the fact is we have come back from being such a mess on and off the pitch and overtaken Spurs, what does that say about the sad donkeys running your club?

I think you need to look at your own club when it comes to business decisions, we seem to be doing just fine.

As for the dig at our 'council ground', I think it is the best piece of business a football club in Britain has ever carried out. Look at yourselves, Everton and Liverpool you will never be able to afford a new stadium and even if you can finance it you will be paying it off like Arsenal are at the expense of your squad.

Manchester City can be accused of many things but over the last few years bad business is not one of them, that is why our Arab friends invested in us and not Spurs, Everton or Newcastle.

I really couldn't care less who owns our stadium, it's quite clearly better than yours.
