I said it started at the top with Pep downwards.

I believe a manager talks to his players before games and motivates them into not taking a shite team like Spurs seriously.

Or his plan for dealing with Spurs a team known to hit us on the break etc

Disjointed, definitely but he seems a little indecisive in his approach of late, which tbf pep alluded was going to happen last year after his meteoric rise… he ran his knackers off but he isn’t to be blamed for this, the system conte employed isolated his strengths and he is a front front player who was invariably on the back one today…

I guess most young ‘next best things’ always hit a wall. He’ll get over it

I presume they mean that if they win all their games they win the league, same as ourselves. Up to today, that wasn't the case for them.

Still not true though as would be a tie and down to goal difference, which we could be better than them on.

That terrible refereeing at Klanfield earlier in the season has maybe made it closer than it should be.

Spurs 4 crosses, 3 were accurate, all 3 resulted in goals.

Foden seems to be more of a social media influencer currently rather than influencing games. He needs putting back on the straight and narrow.

I wrote this on his own thread but said the same.

I worry that with the hairstyles, eyebrow lines, tattoos, the big gold chains he wears on instagram - plus the mediocre football performances and rule breaking, he's going the way of, for example, James Maddison at Leicester. (He's much better than Maddison just giving it as an example).

Or, in short, another talented English footballer who get's sidetracked with off-field stuff.

I would say all pep today. Loads of possession today with little end product. Conte totally out tactic’d pep today. Sucked us in, hit us on the break. Having a strikwr helps
