Spurs H Post Match

I think he's already attained that status with me. I didn't think I'd ever have a favourite like Zaba; but Bernie is fast approaching it.

I love Aguero for the same reason. He worked his nads off on Wed despite not everything coming off and same again today. Some of our players have a desire in them that some football players don’t have. Kun is one, Bernardo is one. Sterling and De Bruyne too. They were born winners. They never shirk even if not playing well. We have a lot of them. It’s why we are so successful and I think Pep loves these types of players.

Three letters, not VAR, but REF . Absolutely shite from Oliver. How Rose wasn't booked within 5 mins of coming on is a mystery. Over all poor performance from the gob shite. Their defence looked petrified to receive the ball from lloris. Bernie, great. Eddie, v good. Some sloppy passes gave them chances but a much deserved win. Crowd great again. Come on City...

In fairness, receiving a ball from the stands would be a bit off-putting and scary.

Another reason why Pogbad the bad is be too bad to play for CITY..

There were a few feisty challenges from both teams. Mainly Spurs but Oliver handled things well. Didn't give the penalty against Walker and missed a few free kicks but wasn't atrocious.

Great time for Eddie to have his best game of the season.

Think we would have won more comfortably if the pen had been given first half, or if Kev had stayed on. He was clearly the most influential player on the pitch on Weds and was warming up to finish Tottenham today IMO.

Not sure what people were expecting from the ref to be honest. He performed exactly how he always does. As a spineless shitbag.
He lost control of the game in the first 5mins because, as usual, he was a massive pussy.
Correct, I didn't realise it was Oliver though, I thought it was Probert, who is equally a shithouse.

Yes one startrd dissing personal stuff and I slipped a few swings before got pushed over. I am approaching 60 but its my town.

What I don't get from Pep is that Spurs pressed us so high up the pitch leaving acres of space behind their defence - yet City NEVER put the ball over the top for a foot race.

Not only was Oliver atrocious today, but he has been the referee most generous to the dippers throughout the season.
I don't think he did too bad. He just wanted to stay out of the headlines. They had two penalty shouts (Walker's handball and Laporte's tug) and we also had two ( Vertongen's foul on Bernie and the handball).
