Stadium Expansion (Confirmed)

The £299 seats will be some of the poorest seats for viewing so I can't see all that many existing s/t holders applying. I will be paying my deposit though, because it is in my price range and I don't mind sitting up there. Maybe if there is enough of an uptake for this offer, other areas of the ground will have their prices reduced, or is that just wishful thinking!

We don't have a bad view in the place. I can't see them making some just to sell at 299. We know where they will be its on the OS.

Calling me an arrogant twat is a bit uncalled for.

I had no idea Johnny Come Lately was such an offensive term I just thought it was a light hearted term for people arrving late on the scene,
"New Breed of Fan" is the new "Johnny Come Lately". Much less offensive to the ....errr.....new breed of fan.

I'll that remember in future. Although still don't see what is offensive.

Have we ascertained how the new breed of fan is bred and in what way does the breed differ genetically?

Something I can confirm: Wishful Thinking

I had a hunch it might be.

I do think the atmosphere in those seats will arguably be the best in the ground, that's why I am putting my name down.

It's a bargain price and in my opinion it's how much football should cost at just around 15.80 a game, you cannot complain with that.

So that's Maine Rd Blue and Sam Caddick sticking their names down on the waiting list. Any more?

The current stand configuration at the back of the South Stand.

If truth be told the South Stand and North stand ends externally are pretty underwhelming, with little or no height. Compare that to the proposal/render below.

That 100 quid will put thousands off registering. Maybe that's the idea though and they'd rather have 4000 serious names on the waiting list rather than 7-10 thousand on a list with no deposit where many will drop out.

I emailed supporter services last week, copy of that and reply below :

Further to the recent announcement of ground expansion,I would like to register my interest in purchasing a £299 season ticket for the 2015 season.

I am not a blue member or current season ticket holder.

If I am not yet eligible to do this, then please indicate when it may be expected to be opened out to people in my category.

Currently, there is no further information to be released if you do not meet the above criteria.

I won't be giving the club an interest free loan of £200 for my kids two years before they would get any benefit from it. If that means they miss out then so be it.

MaineRoadBlue"]Number 6 on the list!

Happy Days.

At risk of being 'Clarkied' - How do you check your position on the waiting list?
