And there you can see is the difference.

LOL at you if you think buying a seasoncard is more important than paying the rent, feeding the kids and keeping the power on. I will happily give my ticket to this event to any blue who thinks a seasoncard is more important than this... As long as he realises he's a dick.

Put a tenner aside every week to get a seasoncard one bloke says... lol... any idea how many times that money would be raided when we're having a tight week to affored the essentials? Some of don't know you're born ffs.

Anybody who puts football over their familys security needs a dry slap! It's not about loyalty or love for your club. It's about responsability and common sense.

Yes and those who put money away each week deserve a lot of credit, as they would do absolutely everything to renew their season ticket each season.

So I don't know how you can say people like you are just as loyal as season ticket holders because that's simply not true.

Shame on you Liam. I thought better of you lad. It's not what you can afford but what's in your heart!!!

No... Not Spot on. What does your seasoncard entitle you to? It entitles you to attend every home league match for one season, Correct?

They cost an arm and a leg in a time when money is tighter than ever and no matter how much we love City football is a luxurey not a priority. After i have paid out what i have to pay out through priority it would be impossible to afford to buy a season card. Does this mean that those who can afford a season card are better fans who deserve a place at the FA Cup celebration more than any other blue?

No, It doesn't. We've all waited for this for so long and i wish we could all be there but on a day like that NO blue should deserve to be there over another no matter how much they can afford.

And there you can see is the difference.

Says who?

And thanks JMW but I was supplied tickets by another blue who PM'd me as they felt I deserved them!

I've not rubbed anyone's face in the fact I went to Wembley twice and saw us lift the cup with my own eyes, but I think 7 years of scrimping for a seasoncard (had it for 10 but I wasn't skint until 7 years ago) and away days and making the necessary sacrifices to enable it mean I'm entitled, and the club obviously thought the same.

I'll be taking family members who haven't been to City for years boo hoo, I missed 25 minutes of the game on Tuesday to queue up, that was my sacrifice what was yours?

Yes the club ballsed up as I shouldnt have missed any of the game, and I was mightily pissed off, but it was obvious that the homecoming would be popular.

Our club needs new blood to survive, grow and be self sufficient, wise up everyone there's much more of this to come.

These fellers are building a dynasty of which we can very proud.

Fair play to you. I wasn't willing to miss any of the game, so you're right you made a sacrifice I didn't. I got in the queue before KO to be told there were no tickets left, yet when I turned around 5 mins later they had started handing them out again.

Oh okay, people who go every now and again are just as loyal than the hardcore that turn up everyweek no matter what.

hows it gonna be full when the 48k were handed out so indiscriminately? A guy I know got at least 4 but lives a long way away and is not now coming, how many more like that are there? Total fucking farce; as ever the admin at City is fucking bollocks. I got a superbia letter on Monday telling me I am just the kind of fan that football clubs love and value, then on Tuesday I get fucked over with no homecoming ticket, thanks a FUCKING BUNDLE GARY FUCKING COCK, this is TYPICAL CITY, I SAID TYPICAL CITY GARY, DID YOU HEAR ME? Sorry I have just got in having taken rather a lot of alchohol tonight, GARY YOU FUCKING COCK

Re: stadium party - a cock for loyal fans

We're all blues, money shouldn't come into it, some are luckier than others, so please stop with the "I'm a better blue than you" it does nobody any good.

If you can't get in on Monday then be outside, but celebrate anyway, I'm sure there will be spares outside anyway, so turn up and enjoy it. I wish I could be there, but its not possible.

mate, you make some fair points but to be fair people who buy seasoncards and go week in, week out, even though it is money orientated are more loyal than the rest of us.

It doesn't make them better fans, or more passionate, or more caring or loving about the club, but they're there, week in, week out, and that can't be argued with.

They could have made it very easy to activate online to seasoncard holders. Login and then 'buy' one ticket only for 1p. The way the club has gone about this has no defence whatsoever. They've fucked it up. It's a good old-fashioned ticket office fuck up - and they say the club has lost its soul. Twaddle.

LETS BE FRANK, THAT TICKET OFFICE HAS BEEN A FARCE FOR DECADES, AND BERNARD HALFORD WAS IN CHARGE OF IT FOR DECADES, SO WHAT DO WE DO, WE LET him parade the FA Cup for 15 bloody minutes (sorry about the ealier caps locks)
