Not many travelled, but seeing as there were 43k at the match and the gypsy rags usually get around 9k I reckon there were plenty there to see City ;)

Great performance last night and it should of literally been 10. It's refreshing to see players that should of been on there way out putting a shift in and playing well for us.

I don't really quite understand the rivalry between your two clubs, tbh. I mean I get that in one city there will be a divide over two clubs, even if one has a longer history of success. But perhaps it's just the type of banter I don't really understand - it's not like with Barcelona vs RM.

There's bitterness, clearly - I think many have overhyped Mou and just as many selling Pep short because he 'inherited great teams'. Like Sacchi said last night, when you watch City last night it was immediate who the coach was - it's as simple as that. And even for a longtime culer like myself, I love the Pep effect and have missed that style of play.

Can you tell them all on there, especially the bloke from Norway, that's he's a **** and will never, ever, in his wildest dreams appreciate what supporting a local team and going home and away actually means. Milner would not kill the move if Pep trained him.

None of these players were playing like this previously, not even when playing at the top of their games & we scored 100 goals & won the title. They were not making these angles to make the passes in the first place.

They are being taught to play football by a genuine top of the tree manager. The first one we've had since the takeover.

You probably wouldn't understand the rivalry because in Spain football is a form of entertainment. Fans show their displeasure by waving white hankerchiefs.

Traditionally in England over the years displeasure at social situations and rivalry with supporters of other teams manifests itself in a rather more robust manner.

For a casual (small C) "Culé" who spends his time on the internet chatting about teams in other countries, you're not really in a position to understand the intricacies of local rivalries in England.

The ball is the defense in Pep's system. The ball defines the team's formation, the ball defines the opponent's formation. The order and structure of the game is controlled almost 80% of the time by Pep, through the ball, essentially leaving very little to chance. The talent of Pep comes in how he masters positioning, movement & overloads to dominate the attacking, defensive, transition phases. So he has often got systemic solutions for almost every game. Sometimes he is guilty of relying on the system too much than the individual player's talent per se & that can cause complications. But again, whom am I to question someone with ~80% success rate!

ive seen the one showing the one touch football at the end but not the whole move from start to finish.

This type of football is not set up for Bony but I think Milner would fit in well deployed as a full back in a Pep team.
