Berbaflop is indeed being pursued by Fiorentina, there could be movement in this..............

Jovetic is Fiorentina's highest paid player at about 2.1m euros per year and Berba currently makes more than twice that - that's the main stumbling block as Fiorentina have a tight wage cap.

An unofficial Fiorentina website claims that Berba is willing to accept a pay cut and the rags would consider a 3m fee. Surely not?

His versatility and the fact that he is a (second) striker who offers something different could make him a great signing for us... as long as we sold Dzeko first. He could play behind a striker(s) or on either flank, the sort of versatility Mancini loves. Juventus are said to be lining up a fresh bid for Dzeko but odds are that it'll be another piss-take as Italian clubs refuse to pay market value while demanding over market value for their players.

Sorry to disappoint but Dzeko isn't leaving anywhere. City paid way too much for him. The only way is a loan and there are very few teams that can afford his wages.

Got to keep Edin, as it's tricky to replace him with someone similar (only really Cavani would fit the bill and be an improvement - which won't happen) otherwise we could end up very one dimensional.
