I suspect that Pants will be going the other way if we get Stevan Jovetic.
They want a good keeper, we want a left winger come striker. pants wants regular 1st team footy.
We have a good relationship with them after the Savic - Nastastic deal last summer, indeed it has been rumoured that a a result of that deal we have 1st dibs on Jovetic.

I'm certain Fiorentina want the cash. I've been a bit skeptical of the level of his talent if I'm honest, but equally if he's brought in to play as a left sided forward/winger then I certainly think it provides us with the type of threat we don't already have. I see him as a much more direct player than Nasri and Silva. Getting excited that's for sure.

what do you mean "spared"? Rather a silly thing to say
 
I was thinking how could Utd justify signing another striker unless one was off

They already have kagawa and Rooney who can play behind RVP so either it's a ruse to get City to pay more, or Rooney's off, or it's rubbish
 
Anyone got Ljajic vs. Jovetic stats?

Can't watch viola every week but whenever I've seen them in the second half of the year Ljajic is developing into a mean little beast. Another one with outstanding tekkers.
