That will cost you an extra £20,000.The estate agent's interpretation of a map is creative.
Also, what's "Didsbury Point" about? That's Withington.

“I am sick of near misses.” Try head on collisions, they are much better.I said to the woman in tescos , can you get a sign put up to give way to the right in the car park , i am sick of near misses because people are morons , she looked at me like i was mad, lol
Nowt wrong with that, blud, innit.People with British accents saying bro
I had a gf who displayed a very comely cleavage. She used to say to blokes who were taken with it while talking to her “I’m up here.”The telling off or the looking at it?
CNUTSExact same with Bollington near Prestbury .it used to be Bollington near Macclesfield
Or they put village at the back of the name to make it sound posher. They haven’t been effing villages for about 200 years. They are now just Manchester conurbation'sTry hards who say they live in Didsbury when they actually live in Burnage or Withington. I've nothing against those places by the way, just find it cringeworthy.
Horseflies are even worse. The little bleeders leave a nasty bite.Flies are so very annoying
What annoys me when watching Wimbledon is the competition within the crowd to be the last person to shout "Come on Tim" just before the serve. In the doubles tennis, after every point they touch hands or fist bump. Just get on with it
The basic flaw in the concept of programmes like Bargain Hunt and Antiques Road Trip is that the contestants effectively buy the stuff at retail and sell at wholesale. The chances of making a profit are therefore not great. In between the football I watched a couple of competition shows this week of people buying antiques and then selling them at auction
They seemed to know what they were talking about but the team that won lost nearly £200.
The presenter was delighted in telling them that they won.
Its a bit like that show with Jay Blades where he gets things from a skip, spends £500 fixing them up and then tells us he made £50 profit.
