I'm watching some promotional product videos on You Tube and asking why they need to dub with over-loud crappy music.

Ridiculous TV adverts where some overweight old geezer start dancing around the kitchen just because his pizza has arrived or some mad woman has just washed her hair!

If I dont spot my missus has dyed her hair I get that look of you just dont notice me anymore lol

I am sat here on bluemoon having shaved my longish beard of at 5pm yesterday, still waiting for the missus to notice lol

I've thought about deleting my account but I have some family and long time friends in the UK and FB is my way of keeping in touch, see their photo's etc.
An old school buddy posted a picture of a few of us from the 70's that I never knew existed, things like that.

It's the one's who have to post at least once a day narcissists, I'm slowly starting to unfriend them.
