It used to be "Have a nice day", now, the check-out staff at my local B&M all say "Enjoy the rest of your day"".
Still, as somebody once claimed, " Better to be told to "Have a nice day" by someone who didn't mean it, than "Fuck off" by somebody who did.

People who say ‘have a nice weekend’ especially on a Tuesday!

My impression is that when American's say it, they are being sincere whereas Brits are just being snidey cunts.

The Yanks are trained to say things like that from birth, they dont mean it and Brits say it because they've been watching too much American TV.

I just put the washing in the machine from the laundry bin
when my mrs wears 2 pair of tights and takes them off together so you have to separate the fucking things so they're washed properly,winds me up no end.

Could you not offer to remove them yourself, with your teeth? make life a little more exciting ;-)

We have a company over here called Fastway. They seem to operate in other countries, though I'm not sure if they're in Blighty. Their reviews on Trustpilot are horrendous.....

I always think that if they can't control the final lift without letting it slam down then they're using weights that are too heavy for them.
