Stupid little things that bug you

Commentators saying "apologies if you were offended by any foul language you may just have heard" during matches. If you don't want to hear it, don't watch football!
There’s more people offended that the commentator has to apologise than were offended in the first place! They say it every game these days too.

I had a conversation in work about five or six years ago now, with a few younger people who thought it was they (meaning the younger generation) who invented the idea of using acronyms or abbreviations for words until I told them my Dad used to write them on the back of letters he used to send to my Mum when he was away in WWII (SWALK, BURMA etc).
NORWICH is another one.

people who shorten words and insist on using acronyms in general, i mean what the fuck are you doing with extra second you have saved by not saying the whole bloody word
It's not a new thing. Back in ancient Rome, after all the animals were killed, they'd bring out a load of religious nutters. The crowd all shouted "Fuck of Christians". In time, this was shortened to FOC. Some BM's still refer to it.

Films where the Baddie (Predator/Terminator for example) has the enemy in it’s hands, but always decides to throw the Goodie from one side of the room to the other.

Just crush his skull or rip his head off instead of playing with him like a Killer Whale with a Seal
