Can not see it as being Aarons good player but simply not enough experience or pace, he is AT but i rate Frimpong better, I do not see Gundogan going but he will certainly not be playing DM, as much as Pep said he liked Aouar i think that is all it is and he offers nothing that Rodri does not , Camavinga does and is the better player.Atal is a good shout. As for Alaba he knows his days at Bayern are numbered with Davis behind him and wants a move to Barca, Barca want him to replace Firpo but Barca are skint fee and wages they will do mainly swap deals, Coutinho anyone? even on a free as they have not paid all the fee to liverpool yet, due to clauses not being met Alaba may come because of Pep, a good manager and wages goes a long way

I think you have been misstaken on Aouar though. He's a whole different player to Rodri, it's like comparing Phil or David to Rodri. Rodri is a pure 6, Aouar is a creative and technical 8/10. He definitely offers a lot more going forward than both Rodri and Gundo. He's also definitely a lot better than Camavinga as of now. Don't get me wrong Camavinga is a world class talent but he's not near Aouar at the moment, at least ability wise.
Alaba will probably leave but I'm just unsure if he'll join us. Right now he's forced to play CB due to Davies and now Lucas Hernandez is back and he plays both LB and left CB. I'm thinking Bayern won't sell unless we give them Sané
For me at least, the two things we need in central midfield is a back up to Rodri, and that is not Gundogan or Fernandinho and pace, we are relatively slow with KDB being the fastest so he is used as the gofer and that is ruining his game, Camavinga may not be as experienced as Aouar but he is better than Kante and Ndidi,( the best in the league at what they do ) at their age with the same mobility, if it was not for that Rice probably would be here now

Not the most hyped up or fashionable name but Konrad Laimer at Leipzig would probably be the best fit to rotate with Rodri. I've been very impressed when I've seen him.
