I'm bored as I'm off today so going through this one by one to show why its very unrealistic.

Hart - still wants to play and wasn't good enough in 2016, won't be good enough now. City want Carson as 3rd choice too.
Hakimi - Madrid might want to sell him but for way more than 43m. Likely he goes into their first team.
Upamecano - Interesting, and my choice for CB, but Leipzig are expecting a bidding war, in which City won't take part as we don't do bid wars
M Sarr - Interesting, especially on a free but agent planning to move him to Seria A/Bundesliga
Camavinga - Certain he'll be staying at Rennes, a year in the UCL will double his value
Sancho - See where you're getting the figure from and hes my first choice too, but unlikely.

OUTs
Bravo - Yes he's gone
Carson - Will be back on a permanent as 3rd choice
Stones & Otamendi for 30m combined???? No way the club would sell both for such pathetic fees
Bellis - Imo should go on loan too
Angelino - Leipzig think his clause of 23 is too much. 10-15 more likely
A Garcia - is due to leave on a free
Bernabe - Yep agree on loan
Sane - 80m is a joke. No way
Harrison - His clause with Leeds is 8m and thats where he'll go
Roberts and Nmecha - 2/3m each tops. No way we get that much in this market

As would be Joe Hart

Joe will want to play. His best hopes is going to a Championship club and trying to rebuild his career for a year before looking at benchwarming again. Remember when he went to Burnley they had an injury crisis and Joe played the first 10-15 games with no competition. He'd have hoped if he'd played well he'd be no 1 there going forward. I think there'll be suitors in the Champ for him and then in a season or two some big clubs might be needing an English backup

Because he's so much worse than Scott Carson...
That was well thought out, wasn't it? When one resorts to statements such as yours, they often don't have much of an argument in their favour, do they?

Carson is 3rd choice. Joe would likely be 3rd choice behind Ederson and Steffen.

As third choice, Carson is reputedly on £15K/week. BET you Joe would want higher wages than that! Likely higher than Ederson's, Steffan's and probably more than what Bravo makes too.

Joe WAS good for us at one time. He's not that good anymore. He simply isn't. That doesn't mean one can't have fond memories. but anyone who is a realist or knows their arse from a hole in the ground knows Joe can't cut it at City (or Torino or West Ham or Burnley for that matter) anymore.
