Summer Transfers

Sane showed up when it mattered. Liverpool and Utd last year in particular. Yet to see Mahrez deliver in a big game.
Mahrez literally won us the game against Chelsea earlier this season with a rather excellent individual goal. He played a very crucial role in the game against Brighton last season too.

Based on this season you'd have these players above Mahrez? No way has Silva been (I love Dave but no he's not), Walker (I may concede on), Ferna (personally I don't think so he's had to adapt to a different position but he's not been as consistent), Kun (I don't think he's been as good as Mahrez IMO).

When Angelino has been thrown out for not being at the required level you mean? Probably the best left back we've had at the academy, be the best player in the Dutch league in his position and play Champions League football for a decent German team but still not be at the level we need? Would you say Angelino is better than Mendy? Surely you'll give me that then, eh? I'll be honest we can disagree all day but we'll leave it at that :).

Just to answer your question - I wouldnt say Angelino is better or worse - id say they were equally bad as each other - neither are the required level.

The first signings we should make are Camavinga, he is good enough to get into our first team squad and offers us what we have not in midfield, Doku a striker/ winger and Ricky jade-Jones again a striker/winger, all are quick and would become club trained but just as important when it comes to Camavinga, they are FFP exempt on low wages, playing regularly, you could add Bellingham but his price already exceeds his value to us.
As for Sane the first out the door i would buy Ousmane Dembele he is quality but not an out and out winger like Sane, barca want rid and £35 million has been quoted, so has a loan deal but not to us, Camavinga might well be the biggest fee we pay but Dembele would be the biggest wages

Interesting shouts but that Ricky Jade-Jones barely plays in League One for Peterborough, are you suggesting him as an academy signing or for the first team?

Camavinga would be excellent but he will cost a bucketload.

Ricky Jade Jones i would leave where he is getting game time, he is a special player to develop to that standard playing where he is, but that also has benefits, absolutely no distractions, Doku would be my 3rd choice striker next season but also left wing back up, Jesus is going to be very overworked if Aguero`s injuries kick in, Camavinga`s bucket load does not matter as a youth player it is not FFP applicable , and based on the years he could be at the club, could be a bargain

surely Camavinga would not count as a youth player with his experience

35 million?! Didn’t they sign him for about 135 million? Imagine if that was us
