Rodon, Zakaria, and Tsimikas all together would cost less than Koulibaly`s fee and probably wages as well, all play in City`s weak positions and would undoubtedly. improve City far more than Koulibaly.
As for the youngsters they would be in the same boat as Zinchenko was until he hit 21

He's a terrific player and Barca would probably sell, but aside from his injury problems, he's been known not to have the best attitude. Knowing Pep picks players based on their personalities, I doubt we'd buy him.
There is also a belief that it is an old timers problem with him, but Pep did buy Sane

I think he doe,s Jesus, Bernardo,De Bruyne,Rodri,Gundogan and Stones can hardly be called fast, as a team we do need more pace though.

He looks a lot quicker than is reported here, skilful too, and able to use his right and left foot.

We don't do 1 year stop gaps.Willian for a year could be decent. Supposedly leaving Chelsea at end of season, probably wouldn't want to play all time. Enough quality to make a difference.
