He said some nice things about him when he was 17 and coming through, but if he really rated him he'd have kept him close like he did with Foden, not send him out on loan, and I would imagine he'd have picked him up for 10m when he was moving in 2016 if he wanted him at City.

It's been fairly set in stone that he'll join Parma on loan (whether these allegations change that we'll see) and City were never anywhere near signing him.

'Sudden loan to Parma'. It's been in the offing for a while, ever since Kulusevski started performing well last year. The first mention of a Traore-Parma move came in January, well before this Instagram post you're referring to.

We'll have to wait and see whether your little Football Manager fantasy will come true but that's already Kouassi & Traore that won't happen.
