Summer Transfers

People on here losing their heads because of CAS. FFP is not over.

We didn't breach FFP before and we won't be breaching it in future. The club has to live within its means and will be ruthless in complying with the rules to make sure they're not in danger in any future investigations.

FFP been relaxed this year because of COVID, strike while the iron is hot.

City has chance to become the dominant club of the 2020s. Barca fucked financially, Real requested government cash, Liverpool apparently haven't got much money. United are far behind and desperately need CL football for their finances.

On top of that City has the best squad in world football already.

Board must take advantage of this and spend very big now going forward.

good point, if there was ever a time to spend money it would be now.

a lot of clubs are desperate to sell players.

Koulibaly, Havertz & Haaland would be a sensational window

Ederson, Steffen, Carson
Walker, Cancelo, Laporte, Koulibably, Garcia, Stones, Mendy, Zinchenko
KDB, Bernardo, Havertz, Foden, Gundogan, Rodri, Fernandinho
Sterling, Mahrez, Jesus, Aguero, Haaland

That would take some stopping that squad
Yet you've still got a huge weakness at left back and no natural width despite having spent £200m+

Think we can see Torres news picking up soon and hopefully we're willing to get Koulibaly before anyone else has a chance too. Could see Ake as well assuming Bournemouth go down + finding a suitor for Stones. Should be an exciting summer after today's news!
