Supporters clubs

The supporters club requests tickets and is given an allocation for any match.

The members with high points get tickets in their own right, whilst the allocated tickets are assigned to members with low points likely not to get them.

Too easy to be honest mate. It is called apply for your own ticket (Not aimed at you)

S/C tickets are scandalous and abused..
Could have got as many as I wanted for the semi at a premium from a branch and was offered 10 £115 tickets for a mark up fee a couple if days back for the final..
Don't get me wrong I'm no saint and would have took what I needed if I didnt already have tickets sorted(needs must and all that) But still think its wrong that blues who are genuinely next in line for tickets have missed out due to s/c abuse...

explain to me how my mate, a seasoncard holder, was able to take his son to the semi-final and now the final when he hasn't?

I think you should explain to us how he's done it.

I think we should adopt the German system where supporter clubs apply for tickets, the amount of which is decided before the season starts and then the clubs use a lottery system to decide what SC gets tickets.

The idea is that members of a SC will get an opportunity to travel and attend games together instead of getting a ticket more or less at random.

There is a big difference from somebody getting the odd benefit from a supporters club and the allegation that one SC offered to sell ten x £115 tickets at a profit. Either the claim of touting isn't true or the "culprit" should be named.

Didn't think you would deny it. It makes a mockery of your "everyone should get tickets through the club" stance though.

Face it. It's a system, which for the most part, works. It's open to abuse, but in the main is fine. Like I said earlier, no-one complains unless it's a big match they can't get a ticket for. Stop moaning and enjoy the final with the rest of us.

AlthamBlue - Fed up with quoting. Fans help Fans out, That will always happen, that though is a big difference from Supporters Clubs allocation. They get 10% of tickets no matter what even if they dont take up the allocation
