Completly agree. Hope City go mad at this, appeal it, get top lawyers in, and show number of cases for top 4 sides that have gone unpunished and ask for an explanation on the difference between Ronaldo's and Wright Phillips and how they can charge 1 and not the other.

Re: SWP Charged with Violent Conduct

I'm disgusted by the action taken by the FA, I take on board all the points raised in the previous posts and wholeheartedly agree that SWP has been singled out unfairly if we use the antics by other PL teams at weekend as a yardstick.
SWP is NOT a dirty player, he always stays on his feet if at all possible, he is also one of the most fouled players in the PL (remember the derby!)
The action against him is outrageous, the FA are pathetic! Can they give a plausable explanations for their actions, get the lawmen on the job I say!
Twats!

Re: SWP Charged with Violent Conduct

Just read the article on the OS and WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK? They claim that the ref DIDNT see the event when he was staring RIGHT FUCKING AT IT im even more pissed now.

Re: SWP Charged with Violent Conduct

Pricks, the lot of them. The FA couldn't ever do anything to upset their top 4. Makes me sick.

Re: SWP Charged with Violent Conduct

I am absolutely furious, after all the events of the past month;

Ronaldo's kick out at a Stoke player

Ronaldo's kick on a Spurs player (Dawson I think) - All unpunished.

And just a couple of days ago;

Gerrard's reckless unpunished lunge and Boswingas' unpunished karate kick on an unsuspecting Benayoun. A ‘tackle’ which would get you a prison sentence in the street.

This is an absolute disgrace, if this isn't favouritism, and “top four” bias then I don't know what is.

The F.A. don't dare punish the big four, so as soon as they get the slightest sniff of an opportunity they decide to make an example of little ol’ City, no fucking chance. SWP was physically assaulted by a man twice his size and he flicks his out leg into Delap’s calf (which didn’t even register in the oaf’s brain), he did this all in front of the referee and the linesman, who all decided not to punish him. This is a disgrace, if there were any doubts about the F.A. being corrupt, greedy scum then I think they no longer remain. They have single-handedly completely and utterly tarnished the reputation of the self styled "best league in the world" once too many times.

We should take a stand, the first club to have the bollox to question and follow through their complaint to the highest possible court. We need to expose these corrupt bastards, we shouldn’t conform to their shamelessly unlawful fucking rules... they handicap every single club in the entire league, and benefit the crooked "top four". They get away with their underhand tactics time and time again, it should not be accepted, and we along with the rest of the league should not stand for it.

I for one hope our club come to the decision that we will not comply in bending over and letting "Lord" Triesman take us up the arse with Barwick and co impatiently waiting for their turn. Then crippled with HIV ourselves and the other "unworthy" clubs have to patch our wounds, take our medication and await the "Football Association’s" next gang rape. All while the almighty "top four" continue to get their preferential treatment, their trophies handed to them on a plate and their Chairmen handed STD free sexual favours.

I will not bite my lip and hum bluemoon while the F.A. mercilessly take me up the arse against my will.

And neither should our club.

I want an official statement, I want this to be taken to the top of the criminal courts, I've had enough.

Enough is enough.

Re: SWP Charged with Violent Conduct

I understand that the FA has been letting worse stuff go - but do we have any argument here that SWP didn't do anything that meets the definition of violent conduct? Are we hanging our hats on the argument that other people have done worse and not been punished?

Re: SWP Charged with Violent Conduct

The club should back him to the hilt & show video evidence of all the other incidents that the FA let go, demand an explanation as to why they never took action against the other players.

Why not, the system is supposed to be equal for every club & player.
