Sympathy applause

tbf I agree all these applausefor are a bit much at times.

But I believe the one that has been asked about tomorrow on the 60 min for a lad that worked at City and died is something the club staff wants to do to show respect so I am happy to participate with this one

There's a minutes applause organised by the club Tommorow at 19 mins 18 seconds into The game to commemorate the ending of the war.
I actually disagree with this too, not having the silence which we should but the necessity to have it during the game. To my knowledge the war didn't finish at 4.49 and 18 seconds, the whole day is 100 years since the end of the war so do something alongside the usual minutes silence before the game.
Gonna be a distraction for The players and got forbid theirs a goal at 4.49, if so do we get accused of disrespecting the war dead?

Utterly ridiculous. Is that really happening?

As I am sure you are all aware this Sunday is Remembrance Sunday and marks 100 years since the end of World War One

At 19 minutes and 18 seconds of Sundays game (19:18) a minutes applause will be held until 20:18

This move is being supported by the Club and they will promote it through our PA announcer and presenters at City Sq. They will also then use the jumbo screen / clock to draw fans attention in game at the 19min 18sec mark.

Please pass this info on to all those attending
