Because some people are patriotic and would like to contribute to the prosperity of their own country, and are only here because they were escaping persecution from a tyrannical regime. Contrary to what you’re probably thinking, not everyone has come here to get a free house and massive TV.

I know of one Syrian,working as a guide in Qatar, that was saving money so as soon as he could he’d return to Syria and buy a small farm,to bring up his children back in Syria. He won’t be the only one either in other countries or here. Of course though at the moment we don’t know how any new regime there will go yet.
