Because it is so shit it is funny.
Surely as a West Ham fan that resonates with you?

I don't think it's shit. Live commentry games are good, Adrian Durham is good 3 o clock Saturday. And the sports bar can be very funny.
Not a fan of the breakfast show or that Irish muppet straight after tho

Half the time they are not at the game with these so called "live commentaries". Same with the cricket updates. They are done by an 80 year old bloke with his telly turned up loud. It's amateurish shite but I tune in for the comedy value.

Worst thing TS ever did was go down the "All football" route. George Galloway for all his faults had an excellent radio show in the late evenings, used to get all sorts of nutters ringing up and he'd destroy them.
Wow! I wondered why the church bells were ringing :)Bilston Blue said:Wow. The agenda's over. Official. Stop Press.
Perry Groves, in his whiny sub-London voice, has just said, and I quote (to the best of my recollection):
"I still don't get it with Tom Cleverley. I just don't get it. Fifty-odd games for United and two goals, three assists. I still don't know what he does. What does he do?"

Actually, I think it more likely Groves will quietly disappear off the airwaves!laserblue said:Bilston Blue said:Wow. The agenda's over. Official. Stop Press.

Maybe someone in media land will take the logical next step and question why the fuck he's anywhere near the England team. Maybe someone will even ask Hodgson for an explanation. Zinedine was called up to the England squad solely on the strength of making a 20 minute sub appearance for the rags in the 2011 Community Shield and, apart from injury, has been getting called up ever since.
