Some people don't understand the concept of innocent until PROVEN guilty and just repeat their ill informed prejudices. Lets hope those who refuse to accept that Terry did not call Ferdinand what he was accused of, never find themselves accused of something they did not do. If he said it in the way YOU are implying he did with the motivations that you clearly think he did then NO I don't. But the judge doesn't agree with YOUR view, and neither do I.

However what annoys me about this whole case is the elevation of it because of the choice of one particular 'derogatory' word over hundreds of others, all equally offensive to their recipients (and I know that the racism laws are setup in this way, its if the victim PERCEIVES the act as offensive, not whether it is or it isn't). And the proof of the pudding is we're arguing over the 'B' word here and not the 'C' word....
