The Judge accepted that Terry used that sentence BUT only because he thought Ferdinand had accused of saying that. Ergo Terry did not call him a 'black ****'. That is what the Judge has ruled, Terry is NOT GUILTY!

He did say that and the Judge accepted he said it BUT if you actually read the Judgement, the Judge ruled that Terry repeated back to Ferdinand what he thought Ferdinand had said to him. Why do you find this difficult to understand?

If a Judge making a ruling is not Justice for you, tough, because that is the Law and the best system available at administering Justice. You clearly have something against Terry that is making you prejudiced. I don't care about him, it's about the principal of innocent until proven guilty.

If you were brought before a Court and found not guilty would you think it fair if people refused to accept this?

Believe what you believe, but you quite clearly haven't followed the detail of this have you - you are a "soundbite victim"

Why would he say what he said if Ferdinand wasn't even aware of anything.

We only have Ferdinand's word on that. Just like we only have Terry's word that although he said those words it was done in response to Ferdinand:

"Are you saying I called you a black c***?" or words to that effect.

Now I'm not sure whether Terry was telling the truth on that* or not but if he was then it's not racist and is merely a case of him questioning what Ferdinand accused him of saying. It's very difficult for them to prove in what context he used those words, be it a racist context or questioning context, and that equates to reasonable doubt.

I don't like John Terry. The cynic in me almost wanted him to be found guilty and it wouldn't surprise me if his explanation was bollocks but it quickly became clear that there wasn't enough evidence to prove him guilty.

*Edit. Someone else has since confirmed on this thread that the full footage shows Terry clearly questioning Ferdinand so he didn't make that up. With this in mind, it looks like a clear not guilty to me.
