What the fook?? The FA have not even STARTED an investigation!! It stated it did not want to prejudice a case going through the courts! The FA are a separate body and their punishments are not set within the guidelines of the courts. All players are subject to FA rules. Why didn't Suarez take the FA to court, then?

You were the one saying that they will "conclude their own investigation". I would have thought that for an investigation to be concluded it must have started in the first place.
I'm also not sure what FA rules have been broken? Normally, the FA panel investigating this issue will be made up of QC's. I can't imagine for a moment that they will disregard a decision made by a court of law.
Why the fuck would Suarez take the FA to court? The CPS took Terry to court. I would have thought that the only way Suarez could take the FA to court would be for a civil matter & not a criminal matter but, unlike you, I'm no expert on the legal system.

100% - since the judicial system has failed I'm hoping money talks and Chelskis commercial end / sponsors pressure the club into binning him for tarnishing their image. It would be nice if the FA grew a pair and made an example of him as well.
