Has this "press conference" been announced anywhere other than twitter?

probably to the press yeah...

to be honest i dont think its needed to announce it to all fans, because its probably not a big deal

they will inform press the be there, to report on it, it will just be about gareth barry

its not for fans really, they just get the information afterwards

For those who think we can sign him despite his loan having a few weeks to run they need to realise that United have the option to buy before the 30th june so kia has to wait till then for them to meet his demands.

i.e 25.5 million in one go

If it was just a normal loan with no "first option to buy" clause then we could buy him before 30th june

At least thats how someone at the swamp explained it to me the other day when i was working there.

incorrect if i remember correctly - there was a date that has now passed where the scum had first refusal, it is just the loan agreement that ends on 30th June (ie date at which scum stop paying his wages).

he is free to sign a pre-contract agreement with whoever he wants.

this first refusal keeps getting pushed further back by different peoples views

i remember everyone saying that it ran out in january, now its right up until the end?

i dont think anyone knows whats going on with that slimey bastard

Thats not true, the rags had until the 10th to agree a deal and that has now passed meaning Tevez is free to sign for whoever he wants as long as they meet the requirements of KJ. City could sign him today but he is still loaned to the rags until the 1st July, although why he is loaned till that date is a tad strange as there is no games he could play for them anyway?

Thats what id been lead to believe aswell but someone fairly wel informed at the swamp told me he isnt staying there but no one will sign him till 1st july due to the rags deal.

The chap also said hed agreed to come to us as long as he didnt get "a better offer" Pretty sad really if true

I think its Premier League rules. Season loans, contracts etc all end on June 30th.
