If I say Tevez & Eto'o will both sign on the last day of the transfer window, can I come on here with my cyber cock out and claim ITK status until then?

Indeed. The ITKs are full of shit, this deal is not done, not even close. The only reason he has not signed for us yet is because hasn't actually decided where he even wants to play yet.
A Few people suggested that because the Transfer window only just opened yesterday and 3rd Party agreements are no longer allowed then the FA were taking there time to ensure everything is correct within the deal regarding ownership.
Transfer windows, holidays, world cup qualifiers, loan period contract expiry dates, more holidays, just a long list of excuses on this transfer. Kia's said on at least 4 separate occasions that his future will be clarified within days, I'm just not buying it anymore I'm afraid. Truth is he's still entertaining offers from potential suitors, hopefully he will accept ours.
