Tevez named in 25 man squad

I've not read everyones thoughts but we've included tevez and not used all 25 so we have a squad of 22 which should be ok unless referees keep handing out stupid decisions against us and there's always a possibility of injuries.
We've also included 4 goalkeepers which seems 1 too many to me and Savic has disappeared from the list. Whats that going to do for his confidence?
The official website says Razak should be available. Why isn't he in there?
I for one am not happy.
EDIT: I've just seen the U21 page. If they're on that list, does it make them eligible for the first team?

Fuck Tevez, I'd rather we came 4th than see that horrible orc in a city shirt again. I'd rather we recall and play Harry Bunn or Nimely and I don't care if they might be crap compared to Tevez, I want players out there who want to play for the club. At the end of the day most players play for the cash, wherever they are, but 95% of them are professional enough to continue to play for that cash until a transfer happens.
I'd rather see the fucker sacked for gross misconduct whilst we retain his registration so the little twat spends the next 2 1/2 years with the closest he gets to football is watching it at his local park.
Tevez has disgraced himself and dragged the club through the wringer of negative media exposure for the last 2 years (although we've actually got some good press for standing up to him which has backfired on him a bit). All for the sake of getting himself a transfer with a nice new signing on bonus.
Finally, if we give in on this, we give the freedom for any player in the future to fuck us over in a similar manner if they feel like it.

All U-21 players are eligible for the PL, they don't have to be specifically included. For the Europa squad the rules are different.

I don't know what's harder to believe - People thinking that Tevez didn't refuse to play in Munich or people actually believing he'll play for us again.
If he wasn't in the squad he could sue the club for contructive dismissal of ask FIFA to annul his contract on the grounds of prejudice.
He is given a place in the squad, Bobby says he'll be considered for selection (even though that's bullshit) and we've done everything by the book. As long as Tevez stays away then we don't have to pay him, neither can he weazle himself out of his contract. If he does come back he wont be let anywhere near the first team squad and we'll probably say 'lack of fitness' is the reason he has to train either on his own or with the EDS.

100% this, we're playing it very clever and making him and Kia look like the cnuts they are.
