We only need to offload Tevez if we are still paying him his salary, and we probably are not doing that, given that he's been AWOL for months we would be stupid to still pay his salary. Maybe we are paying him, but since paying him nothing for 2.5 years would offset the loss of our transfer fee, not to mention seriously harm Tevez' valuation on the market, I suspect that's the route we've taken in the hope that Kia is minded to find a serious buyer before his asset is reduced to nothing. Not sure how the PFA could stop us refusing to pay him during an unauthorised absence but I'm not an employment law specialist - I think he'd have to take City to tribunal to get his wages.Danamy said:We NEED To offload him
