The best City performance you have ever seen?

Given the calibre of the opposition, and having gone a goal behind, then I'd say it's probably the best City performance that I've seen in the flesh.

That was a great game of football. The 5-2 against Spurs under Horton was great too.

Last night was fantastic but for me the best performance I have seen us put in was the 1-0 against United in the league. Total dominance. The pressure on the players of both sides that night must have been huge. It was a defensive masterclass from us and Vincent Kompany's finest hour. Not the finest football ever but quality nonetheless. Last night was in the top 3 though and our best in the CL given the opposition.
 
Without a shadow of a doubt. City were absolutely unbelievable last night against the best team in the world playing out of their skin. Best performance in the 30 years i've been watching City.

still one of my favourite away days that Blackburn game. my favourite away kit too..

ippos away 2002 in cup, gills away end of same season in league,

but yea, last night was the best for me
 
It seems difficult to comment about 'best performance' because you get into meaningless semantics about teams playing above themselves.

What it definitely was, with a shadow of doubt, was the best RESULT in City's entire history.
