The Boxing thread

Even more convinced Bellew is going to win after the weigh in. No way can Haye last the amount of rounds weighing so much more. Different context but we've seen the extra legs a leaner Yaya Toure has this season compared to last.
No chance. 16 stone isnt that heavy and he looks like a pretty fucking lean and strong 16 stone at that. Bellew on the other hand, 15st 3lb is too light, and that is the heaviest he has ever been which will have taken some effort to get to. Its going to be a 'tatering.

Haye has come out of this looking the bigger knob, that takes some doing against bellew. Part of me wants TB to knock him out but not going to happen. Haye 4th rnd.

Went to see mayweather last night with jonny nelson, he should of been on stage at 10:30 for Q&A but was still signing autographs at 12 bells that fans had payed for in advance. Plenty of fans left early cheesed off. To rub salt into the wounds, floyd had 2 djs on stage mixing beiber songs.

That really is salt in the wound with added piss.

I can't see this fight lasting more than four rounds, Haye has dynamite in both fists Bellew look more flabby at the weigh in than he usually does trying to look like an heavy weight he will be slower than his previous fights and he has never been known for his quick hands and reflexes like Haye .Of course Bellew has a punchers chance but you could say that for every fighter so in my opinion its just another Eddie Hearn Matchroom mismatch hype job.

Really looking forward to Thurman vs Garcia. Haven't stayed up for a fight for ages but definitely will stay up for this one.

I saw fitter looking boxers at a white collar event last Saturday than how Bellew looked today!

A fight of this magnitude and he looks like that?

It's a massive misconception when you look at fighters and think they have to be muscular, ripped etc, it's actually a disadvantage in some aspects, however, Bellew could look like Charles atlas and he still wouldn't have nothing more than a punchers chance...... he's right to pile on the pounds but he'll find out quickly that his conditioning will be out of sync. He's spouted all week that he wants to take this in to the later rounds to see Haye gas, he'll come out swinging looking at his size and should get picked off!
