Never good to hear any fighters passing away anyone brave enough to step in the ring has my total respect. Thoughts and prayers for those families and friends at this time.

As for Whyte and the failed tests doesnt shock me the Heavyweights seem to be at it a lot. How many have served a ban already or have come back. If your clean and you boxed Whyte and he beat you. Would make you think was he cheating when he boxed against you. Its just sad to see it in boxing. Being totally honest It might sound extreme. The only way to clean up this sport that I love is to just give out life time bans to those caught cheating and doping. So i would love to see all ruling bodies coming together give fighters a year notice that if found guilty of a doping offence your gone from the sport. At least it shows there trying to clean it up.
 
Carl Frampton suffered a real freak accident last night crushing his hand under a concrete pillar a few days out from the fight.

 
Aj and Hearn making a quick buck from the rematch imagine how much they will charge for the fight there. IF AJ looses again its a big cash out. If he wins then back to the UK to defend his titles again and again in a big fight with Whyte if he is cleared or UZek.
 
am sick of the so called big heavy weights and there promoters milking every penny they can out of the fans, why on earth is there 3 or 4 belts for a start ?? and the politics with the ruling bodies fighting over who is going to fight on there pre planned dates is a joke ??? lets get the heavy weights division in order and let have a king of the ring once and for all ?? get the top 6 boxers together and sort out a mini draw and over 2 years everybody fights each other with a point system and the top 2 fight the king of the ring

have the six boxers on the same fight nights with 3 fights of 10 rounds and have 3 major bouts a year, then a major contest with the two best fighters at the biggest outdoor stadium with a winner takes all

Every division should have a round robin even were the 4 belt holders take each other on. I remember when Tyson beat Berbick then his next 3 fights were to unify which he did by beating tucker. And smith . At the time the WBO didn’t exist

its all about the money the promoters can get out of there fighters, and don't really want to gamble on losing the belt so duck and dive and fight bums on big money ppv tv , the tv companies also play a big part in whats going on and the politics in the division really is shocking and it daft, just let the best fighters fight each other and stop milking the fans on fake so called big fight nights on ppv tv

AJ fights must generate so much money for both himself and the promoters even on the back of not so good fighters ?? they don't need to fight anybody in the top 10, because of the fans AJ has got they can just keep filling stadiums fighting bums and get away with it, even after the last fight he lost the rematch is now a bigger fight than fury or wilder, so maybe AJ duck the fact he had to face one of fury or wilder next, and maybe took a dive and lost knowing the rematch was written in the contract and it would be another 1 to 2 year before he had to fight them
 
I will say this fighters are protected most not all there are some who will fight anyone you put them in the ring with which is great.
Regarding getting the top 6 fighters in and keep them fighting each other over 2 years isnt the best idea. I actually like what they are doing with the Ali Championship which is great in there second or 3rd series of it. Were they go and try and do what you want and it worked with the Light heavyweights when USKY won the Championships and taking all of the belts in that time too. The finals of the current series is due by the end of the year too. So its a step in the right direction.

I feel we get to the stage were fighters will always back away if there on a huge deal with there promoters and they dont want them on a rivals show. It is the way of the world sure thats why there are purses for most of the fights and I just dont see it ever getting to that anytime soon. Also what do you do with the break out Ams who turn pro. You have Lomachenko fighting for world titles on a few fights and winning them. IF you tie every division to that then there is no break out stars coming along to take a World title.
 
Billy Joe Saunders back on Sky Sports now a multi fight deal with Matchroom. Hopefully now Billy Joe get some more big fights. Good boxer with plenty of skill if he puts his mind to it he can be 1 of the best fighters in the world. IF he gets lazy then he shows signs of weakness and can be beaten.
 
Good battle on BT Sport 2 tomorrow night about 8.00 ringwalk.

Sergei Kovalev one of the best fighters of the last decade will be taking on unbeaten Brit Anthony Yarde on the Russians home patch.
Yarde has stopped all but one of his opponents and has a weird and wonderful training regime which his Manager reckons will guarantee him victory.
