This isn’t to say the policies were implemented without fault/issues/successfully etc - but more to say the reasoning and intent of these policies doesn’t indicate a PM who was utterly incompetent (see Liz Truss for that).

Most weren't policies they were reactions to events. Reactions that many counties also implemented and any government would have needed to implement. About the only policiy was Social care which as far as I can see hesn't been reformed in the slightest.
