Energy Secretary Grant Shapps appointed defence secretary, replacing Ben Wallace. New Energy Secretary will be Claire Coutinho who was minister for disabled people.
Can you imagine running a company and an electrician leaves so you replace him with a plumber who was never trained as a plumber in the first place? And you replace the plumber with your mate who was previously a cook.
