A Judicial Review due the Council breaching its Public Sector Equality Duty may have merit, but it would need funding.

Same here. I've parked on Briscoe Lane for nearly 20yrs and am home within 10-15min. No way am I paying a tenner per game for the privilege of sitting in the car park for an hour. Briscoe Lane isn't even residential ffs, it's a joke.

The problem with parking on top narrow end of Briscoe Lane is two buses or HGVs have a problem passing each other especially when some vehicles stick out from others.
