Do we think we'll see Silva tonight? Carzola was involved in the same friendly and he looked dead for Arsenal. May get a rest?

This is the line-up I would pick for this game (considering Aguero not played a match yet). Milner deserves a starting spot and will put in a shift. Dzeko on form and would be harsh to drop him and wouldn't start Negredo with him. Navas new and can be an impact sub if things go tits up:

Hart

Zaba-Kompany-Lescott-Clichy

Fernandinho
Milner-Yaya-Silva

Jovetic
Dzeko

Subs: Panti, Richards, Boyata, Navas, Negredo, Aguero

Would you go for Nasri over Boyata and just have 1 defensive sub though? Or Nasri over Aguero. Personally would prefer Nasri playing in France but thats me.

Would go with this line up too. But in a 4-3-3. Navas and negredo to come on when we need to open this game up

Alarmed at the number of people who think Milner should play as one of the front 4 in a home game against a bottom 14 club.

Have just done some random bets for tonights game:

City win 5-1 .... 33/1
Newc at h/t city at f/t 25/1
Negredo 1st goal 3-0 ... 22/1
Dzeko 1st goal 3-1 ... 33/1
