For a start. Your making out we didn't have chances, we had a good few and also a very good penalty claim.

JCR went around whoever was left back and but in a good ball. Odejayi running at the far post was pushed while going for the ball and fell into the net.

Also read comment that we should be worried. You are only a week behind us in pre season and I'd be worried if I where you if you are not ready for the season. Also why would we be worried, yoe scored an injury time goal to make the score 1-1.

We also had 3 key players out and playeda young player who was number 19, Jacob Butterfield come in and again played well. Alsohis midfield partner was a O'Neil Thompson a jamican player on trial.

No mixed reviews by us about I an Hume coming on. It was a chant HULME... Was his first appearance at Oakwell since he fractured his skull so a good welcome back was all it was. Must be the only set of fans not to know that or even applaud him. Even Buxton fans the other week gave him a cheer when he came on aas a sub for his first game back.

Hope you do well anyway. My Grandad is a big Man City fan so good luck with the new season.

With some players back and with a few more signing I see no reason why we can't have a good season. No one to be afraid of in the league but I'll take it as it comes.

I remember not so long ago we beat you 7-1 (Willo Flod's first goal) Sheron was playing and Sommeil came on and the ref sent him off until he too his earing out.

Think I rememeber the 7-1. Tueasday night cup game I think when we played a reserve team.

Not really old enough to remember a lot of games. The very first away game I went to was at Maine Road in about 97, Clint Marcelle scoring in the last min for a 2-1 win and since then I remember a 2-0 to us later in that season and a 2-1 win in around 2000 with a 3-0 defeat at Main Road.

Also remember Johny Macken scoring a few on the game you sealed promotion back to the prem a while ago.

Do like Man City though so again good luck in the coming season.

Petrov barely celebrated other than pointing to his name and Walked off alone before everyone else at full time.

This is the incident that sticks in my mind too.
Hope he isnt being moved on .Maybe just gutted Boj has gone.

Maybe Petrov's didnt want to overdo the celebrations with it only being a friendly, save them for when the goal really matters

i think that petrov is on his way, his whole body language says so.i reckon if spurs get shut of bentley they will be in for him. a shame but he looked awfully old out there compared to the rest of the team.he looked like it was the last place he wanted to be.
